Continuous Improvement

MICE Engineers work with the management team to measure the performance of key value streams and identify the priorities for improvement. The team then draws up an ongoing plan for improvement activities and the MICE Engineer works with implementation teams to deliver performance improvement and develop the internal competencies for sustainable continuous improvement.

Management Meeting

A one-day meeting between the MICE engineer and management group, during which a common understanding of lean and business needs will be defined. The timescale and resources of the activity will be outlined and a plan defined.

Process Diagnostic

A three-day event in which the MICE Engineer and company team will review key value streams and identify true current performance base on quality, cost & delivery (QCD) measures.

Improvement Plan

A one-day meeting between the MICE Engineer and the company to generate and agree the improvement plan. Defining timescale and MICE involvement.

Improvement Workshops

During the bespoke workshop, the team will investigate and implement counter measures to overcome the issues identified during the diagnostic phase.
