Many of our employees had no formal qualifications

enabling and empowering
individuals ...
The company has clearly benefited from equipping
people with better communications skills. Short-term projects have
been carried out more satisfactorily with a minimum of managerial
input and participants on the programme have become more likely
to self-start improvements and successfully involve others.

a catalyst for culture
change
The Teamwork Programme was a key enabler in
a major programme of improvements and re-focusing of our business.
By giving our teamworkers relevant skills and qualifications, it
has helped develop a new company-wide attitude that has given us
far greater flexibility and opportunities. Output per employee has
increased, our teams now self-manage their work, absenteeism is
cut by half and there is a new found motivation and commitment throughout
the business.
